The orofacial physiotherapist is a specialist who helps you with health problems related to the improper functioning of muscles and joints in the head, neck area and the chewing system. This is why this physiotherapist is sometimes referred to as a dental physiotherapist. There is usually close cooperation with the general practitioner, dentist, orthodontist, dental surgeon, dental natologist, ENT specialist or another medical specialist.

The orofacial physiotherapist has extensive training in dental aspects, specific nerve disorders, cancer in the head, neck area and specific disorders related to the neck.
